Richmond Primary School. Hamlet, NC. 

This project was for the design and construction administration of a new K-3 School approximately 74,000 SF to house 650.  The building includes a multi-purpose room, computer lab, media center, cafeteria and all related facilities.  The design also included site development, landscaping, sewer and erosion control.  Special features included a standing seam metal roof, custom designed artwork, some of the artwork was included in brick sculptures, and use of specialty ceilings.
