This project consists of a 40 unit apartment complex, consisting of 8 (1) bedroom units, 20 (2) bedroom units and 12 (3) bedroom units. There are five buildings with eight units in each building. In addition, the development includes a community building with a large meeting room, kitchenette, computer room, laundry room and general office.

Seven (7) units will be fully accessible equipped for wheel chair access with baths (3 of which will have roll-in showers) and kitchens that are ADA compliant.
