Fred has obtained a diverse knowledge of construction through his work with a large construction firm in Raleigh, NC.  He has been with Stogner Architecture for 18 years and has worked on projects for a local community college, private residence, recreational facility, mental health clinic, several projects for Richmond County Schools and several administrative office additions and renovations.
